Terms of Service

Watch Comps Pro provides aggregated, dealer-to-dealer wholesale watch pricing data, ranges, trends, and related calculators for informational and business-reference purposes. The data is compiled from a variety of sources and presented as estimates, not guarantees.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and your two-factor authentication device, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@watchcompspro.com of any unauthorized use.

The Service is offered as a paid subscription, billed per seat on a monthly or annual basis through our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.

We may offer a trial (for example, a limited number of live comps within a set window, with a payment method on file). If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the plan you selected. Subscriptions renew automatically; you may cancel at any time and your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing prospectively with notice.

You agree that you will not:

• resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, or otherwise make the data available to third parties;
• scrape, crawl, or bulk-export the Service or its data;
• share your account, seat, or credentials with anyone else;
• reverse engineer, or circumvent access controls, usage limits, or security measures; or
• use the Service unlawfully or to build or train a competing product or dataset.

The Service, its data compilation, and all related content are owned by the Company and protected by intellectual-property and other laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own internal business purposes during your subscription.

The data, price ranges, trends, calculators, and other outputs provided through Watch Comps Pro (the "Service") are provided for general informational and reference purposes only. They are derived from aggregated reports of dealer-to-dealer activity supplied by third parties, are historical in nature, and do not predict or guarantee any future price, sale, or outcome.

THE SERVICE AND ALL DATA ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE DATA IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR ERROR FREE, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED.

We are not a broker, dealer agent, escrow agent, intermediary, or counterparty to any transaction between you and any other person. We do not facilitate, guarantee, insure, or verify any transaction, counterparty, payment, shipment, or item. Any transaction you enter is solely between you and the other party, and you assume all risk arising from it.

The Service does not constitute an appraisal, a certified valuation, or an opinion of value for insurance, lending, tax, estate, customs, or litigation purposes, and must not be presented as one. We are not your financial advisor, broker, accountant, or attorney, and nothing in the Service creates a fiduciary or advisory relationship.

You are solely responsible for all business decisions you make, including what you pay, what you charge, and what credit you extend. You agree to independently verify authenticity, condition, provenance, reference accuracy, completeness of accessories, and market price before entering any transaction. You acknowledge that reference numbers, configurations, and condition reported by sellers are frequently inaccurate and that verifying them is your responsibility, not ours.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, INVENTORY, BUSINESS, OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Biel Ventures Inc., its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Service, your transactions with third parties, or your breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms or for non-payment. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Erie County, New York, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and the unenforceable provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
